清川あさみ×GINZA SIX Xmas Art 11/8より公開 Asami Kiyokawa x GINZA SIX Christmas Art Released on November 8th
2021 年 11 月 8 日（月）～ 12 月 25 日（土）、銀座エリア最大の商業施設｢GINZA SIX ｣のエントランスに、アーティスト清川あさみが「いのちと光の柱」をテーマに制作した新作デジタルアート『OUR NEW WORLD』が出現します。本作品は、GINZA SIXのクリスマスプロモーションに合わせて制作した作品で、光を放つ糸を使った映像が映し出されるデジタルアートが銀座を彩ります。

〈ステートメント〉
社会情勢や人々の価値観の変化に加え、世界全体がコロナ禍に陥り、『なぜ人は生きているのか、人々にとって本当に美しいものとはなにか』と考えさせられる。いまここにいる私たちも「生」を宿した存在で、自然の一部である事に気づかされるのだ。 この作品は、都市の風景とは真逆の太古の神話の世界と生命の「はじまり」を描いた作品。遥か昔から遠い未来へ、連綿と 紡がれる生命の神秘と、美しい精神の世界を描き出したい。

From November 8th (Monday) to December 25th (Saturday), 2021, artist Asami Kiyokawa created a new digital work at the entrance of “GINZA SIX”, the largest commercial facility in the Ginza area, with the theme of “Pillar of Life and Light”. The art “OUR NEW WORLD” will appear. This work was created in conjunction with GINZA SIX’s Christmas promotion, and digital art that projects images using shining threads will color Ginza.

<statement>
In addition to changes in social conditions and people’s values, the entire world falls into COVID-19 wreck, making people wonder, “Why are people alive and what is really beautiful for people?” We who are here now also have “life” and are made aware that it is a part of nature. This work depicts the “beginning” of life and the ancient mythical world, which is the opposite of the urban landscape. From a long time ago to the distant future, I want to depict the mystery of life spun continuously and the world of a beautiful spirit.
